They are seeking a Sales Recruiter III who will be responsible for the full cycle recruitment of technical and commercial professionals, including sourcing, screening, and managing the hiring process.

Responsibilities
Responsible for the recruitment of technical and commercial professionals, including managing the professional hire selection and hiring process of candidates
Sourcing and screening applicants
Conducting telephone interviews, final assessments, and managing offers
Seek out candidates through networking, social media, and other tactics to hunt out the top people to fill open positions
Serve as the liaison between the company and the candidates by handling phone calls, questions, and other details before and after interviews
Make job offers to applicants who pass screening and interview processes and are approved by management by providing them with an offer letter and discussing the benefits, requirements, and details of the position
Maintain paperwork on applicants throughout the process and set up new human resource records for new hires
Qualification
Required
Full cycle recruitment expertise including sourcing screening interviewing and managing offers for technical and commercial professionals
Candidate sourcing and networking using social media networking and other creative methods to find top talent
Communication and liaison skills to serve as the bridge between candidates and the company handling calls questions and offer discussions effectively
