Respond to emails

Make travel arrangements
Provide general administrative support as needed

Required

Proficiency in administrative assistance and clerical skills to manage daily office operations efficiently
Strong written and verbal communication skills for interacting with clients and team members professionally
Attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively
Proficiency in Google products (docs, sheets, slides, etc.)

Preferred

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
Prior experience supporting executives with scheduling, correspondence, and coordination preferred
Some technical ability preferred (e.g. navigate wifi errors, printer errors, and basic computer troubleshooting)
