Manager, Client Success
NetSuite is part of Oracle and is seeking a Manager for their Client Success team. The role involves leading a team of Client Success Specialists to enhance customer satisfaction and drive revenue growth through effective management and strategic planning.

Responsibilities
Lead a team of Client Success Specialists passionate about maximum adoption of Oracle Health solutions and identifying/driving product usage, growth, and customer happiness
Achieve quarterly targets in terms of renewal rates to improve revenue and minimize cancellations
Develop the team and work to improve results through greater efficiency and productivity
Establish and measure group goals and team performance against specific target objectives
Create expansion sales opportunities
Interview and make hiring decisions for qualified candidates
Conduct performance reviews and provide career development coaching
Take necessary corrective action for poor performers
Provide regular performance metrics to senior management
Drive sales performance goals and be responsible for achieving quarterly targets in terms of renewal rates and new sales to maximize revenue and minimize cancellations
Improve internal processes and systems to achieve operational performance that meets or exceeds expectations
Enforce and enable team goals and team performance against specific target objectives
Participate in strategic and tactical planning for the division
Qualification
Required
3 to 5+ years of experience in a relevant field
Proven track record of effectively leading a team of contributors
Ability to foster a positive team environment that promotes professionalism, trust, and accountability
Experience in achieving quarterly targets in terms of renewal rates to improve revenue and minimize cancellations
Ability to develop a team and improve results through greater efficiency and productivity
Experience in establishing and measuring group goals and team performance against specific target objectives
Ability to create expansion sales opportunities
Experience in interviewing and making hiring decisions for qualified candidates
Experience in conducting performance reviews and providing career development coaching
Ability to take necessary corrective action for poor performers
Ability to provide regular performance metrics to senior management
Deep knowledge in Customer Success and cloud services
Understanding of the challenges and opportunities associated with organic growth
Ability to quickly build trust and confidence with business stakeholders
Skilled in managing multiple operational initiatives through completion
Ability to support and help close complex deals
Ability to thrive in a complex environment and re-engineer business processes where needed
Experience in driving sales performance goals
Ability to improve internal processes and systems to achieve operational performance that meets or exceeds expectations
Ability to enforce and enable team goals and team performance against specific target objectives
Participation in strategic and tactical planning for the division
Preferred
5+ years of dynamically increased responsibilities in customer facing sales and account management roles
7 years of professional experience with at least 2 years of people management experience
Direct experience with leading sales and/or account management teams and driving organizational excellence
Prior experience in renewals is helpful
