Maintain accurate records of service transactions and customer interactions

Qualification
Required
Previous experience as an Automotive Service Advisor or in a similar customer service role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Knowledge of automotive service and repair procedures
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work effectively under pressure
Proficiency in computer systems and automotive service software
