Account Executive
Celigo is a modern Integration and Automation Platform (iPaaS) on a mission to simplify how companies integrate, automate, and optimize processes. They are seeking an Account Executive to drive new business growth within mid-market and commercial accounts, owning the full sales cycle from prospecting to close and helping customers solve critical business challenges with their technology solutions.

Responsibilities
Own and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through close for commercial accounts
Identify, qualify, and develop inbound and outbound sales opportunities
Conduct discovery to understand customer business needs, technical requirements, and success criteria
Present and position Celigo’s iPaaS solutions through product demonstrations and value-based conversations
Partner with Solutions Consultants to support technical evaluations and proof-of-concept efforts
Maintain accurate pipeline management and revenue forecasting in Salesforce
Consistently meet or exceed assigned monthly and quarterly sales quotas
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience
Stay informed on market trends, competitive landscape, and customer use cases
Qualification
Required
Strong consultative selling and discovery skills
Ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
Proven negotiation and closing abilities
Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously
Analytical mindset with the ability to assess customer needs and propose effective solutions
Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with CRM and sales tools (Salesforce preferred)
A SaaS technology salesperson with 3+ years of success in a quota-bearing, direct sales role
Experience prospecting and selling into Commercial accounts
Experience managing value-focused, technical sales cycles from beginning to end, leveraging sales skills, domain experience, and Solution Architects & Solution Consultants
Experience selling a Suite of products
Experience building a qualified pipeline, managing both targeted outbound prospecting and inbound demand
Preferred
Experience working with channel partners and ISVs is a plus
