Developing and executing strategies to identify, evaluate, and recruit talented student-athletes who meet athletic, academic, and character standards
Managing the recruiting budget
Ensuring compliance with all NCAA and conference rules
Building relationships with prospective recruits and their families
Collaborating with coaching staff to support team development and success
Qualification
Required
Strong experiential knowledge of the sport of wrestling and the recruiting landscape
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Demonstrated ability to work effectively with student-athletes, coaches, and other university staff
Preferred
Former wrestler or coach with a NCAA Division I Power 4 program
Bachelor's degree
