Responsibilities

Lead requirements discovery through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and discovery sessions

Synthesize business needs into clear, detailed, and compliance-ready Business Requirements Documents (BRDs)

Ensure requirements documentation can withstand regulatory, audit, and compliance review

Translate requirements into epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria, maintaining traceability throughout the lifecycle

Continuously validate requirements to ensure completeness, feasibility, and alignment with business objectives

Act as the primary bridge between engineering, product, project management, and client stakeholders

Confidently challenge assumptions on both the business and engineering sides

Identify gaps, risks, dependencies, and unintended consequences early (“think around corners”)

Offer alternative solutions, improvements, and best-practice recommendations

Ensure technical teams clearly understand business intent and constraints

Partner closely with Project Managers to ensure clarity of scope, requirements, and dependencies

Provide PMs with the documentation and insights needed to effectively lead project and executive meetings

Support system configuration, integrations, data exchanges, and testing phases from a requirements perspective

Participate in workflow mapping, gap analysis, and solution validation

Maintain strong follow-up discipline to ensure open items are resolved and documented

Participate in weekly senior leadership meetings, confidently speaking to requirements, risks, and solution readiness

Present documentation, decisions, and trade-offs clearly to technical and non-technical audiences

Required

8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst

2+ years within the healthcare domain (ideally healthcare payer-side implementations); strong understanding of healthcare compliance and regulatory requirements

Proven experience on large-scale, complex SaaS implementation projects

Strong background producing high-quality, compliant BRDs

Experience working in Agile or hybrid Agile environments, including epics and user stories

Ability to dig deeply into requirements, ask probing questions, and identify risks early

Comfort operating in high-visibility, executive-facing projects
