Senior Engineer, Customer Success & Business Intelligence

Responsibilities
Partner with data engineering teams for data ingestion, storage, search, and delivery methodologies to support a wide array of data sources and types to support security and privacy compliance
Build and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams, to ensure customer success and drive long-term business growth for DataBee
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in security data management, data manipulation techniques, and SQL best practices, and effectively articulate their relevance to customers
Partner with other engineering and product teams to provide technical leadership and guidance on enhancing the CCM (Continuous Controls Monitoring) platform
Provide ongoing operational support of production dashboards to ensure high availability and data integrity within a customers deployment
You can be hands on with our engineering and products team, creating, changing or revising dashboards and data fabric views as needed
Must also be able to work independently with limited supervision to deliver assigned tasks and work within scrum methodology
You collaborate closely with Sales Engineering, Solution Architecture(s), Product Management and Product Marketing to influence the roadmap, architecture and customer engagements
Travel to customer sites or Comcast office is for product presentations is required when the customer requests an in-person meeting. Travel to in person internal meetings also is required upon request to build rapport with customers

Qualification
Required
Legally authorized to work in the United States and not require sponsorship for employment now or in the future
Strong oral and written communication skills with an ability to develop a strong rapport across a variety of technical and non-technical teams
Proficiency in SQL for querying, data manipulation, and integration with data platforms
Strong passion for learning and teaching others
Demonstrated subject matter expert in data storage (Snowflake, Databricks, Azure blob) and visualization solutions (Tableau)
Experience building dynamic Tableau dashboards that are utilizing advanced features such as LOD calcs, parameters, Extensions API
Overseeing the collection, storage, management, quality and protection of security data (part or all of these processes will qualify)
General understanding of data collection, parsing, storage, and search capabilities
General understanding of data privacy policies, and complying with data protection regulations
Knowledge of security ecosystem - such as IDP, EDR, SIEM., SOAR, Firewalls, VPNs, DNS, vulnerability management, asset management, threat hunting solutions and applications (Where they fit in, what they do, what logs they create, how organizations use them, etc.)
Bachelor's Degree
5-7 Years of relevant work experience
