Lead Security Valuation Analyst - Hybrid

Responsibilities
Lead daily security valuation processes for mutual funds, exchange-traded funds (ETFs), and other investment vehicles
Ensure compliance with valuation policies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices
Oversee pricing vendor due diligence and evaluate pricing sources for accuracy and reliability
Manage exception reporting and resolve pricing discrepancies in collaboration with portfolio managers and subadvisers
Coordinate with fund accounting, audit, and compliance teams to support net asset value (NAV) calculations and financial reporting
Identify and implement automation solutions to improve efficiency, reduce manual errors, and accelerate reporting
Monitor market events and assess impact on security pricing and valuation methodologies
Support fund launches, mergers, and other corporate actions from a valuation perspective
Participate in valuation committee meetings and contribute to policy updates and governance
Provide input on accounting treatment and financial reporting disclosure requirements for complex financial instruments, including over-the-counter (OTC) derivatives
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field
Seven years of experience in fund administration, security valuation, or investment operations
Strong understanding of financial instruments, valuation techniques, and market data providers
Experience with pricing service providers such as Bloomberg, Intercontinental Exchange (ICE), and London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG)
Familiarity with regulatory frameworks such as Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Leadership and team management capabilities
High attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines
