Responsibilities

Ensure a safe work environment by efficiently operating mechanical equipment

Operate a stand-up forklift to replenish, load/unload trailers, and move product to various locations

Maintain proper certifications to operate required powered industrial trucks

Accurately sort, stage, load and unload inbound and outbound freight

Receive and warehouse incoming merchandise into module racks and floor locations

Ensure monthly production and quality standards are met

Be open to performing other duties as assigned

Required

High school diploma or equivalent

Ability to operate forklifts

Previous experience in a distribution center

Excellent counting skills and attention to detail

Manual dexterity required

Ability to maintain an excellent attendance and work record

Lift, carry, push, pull, reach, grasp, bend and stack cartons for up to 12 hours at a time

Stand for long periods of time and walk continuously

Pull merchandise from multiple levels of shelving or move merchandise as needed

Bilateral hand coordination, foot coordination and trunk rotation

Climb stairs and perform work at platform heights up to 60 feet

Lift up to 50lbs. Specific weight requirements may vary within each department
