Deliver clear verbal and written communication
Be open to other tasks as needed
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or equivalent
Eager to learn and adapt
Strong communication skills
Comfortable in a fast-paced call center environment
The ability to type 45 wpm
Proficient computer skills
