Responsibilities

Responsible for the assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of children and adolescents

Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive care

Teach residents, medical students, and other learners as requested by the Child and Adolescent Psychiatry Fellowship Program Director

Required

Requires professional level of knowledge in Clinical psychology which is equivalent to that which is acquired through the completion of a Doctoral program, accredited by The American Psychological Association

Licensed as a Psychologist by the State of Maine

Current license as a Psychologist by the Board of Examiners of Psychologists of Maine

Requires a comprehensive understanding of all the procedures and systems used within a clinical psychology setting as well as high levels of proficiency in performing psychological assessment, treatment and consultation normally acquired in a minimum of three years of experience

Skills in the treatment of OCD and Tic disorders is required
