Responsibilities
Handle incoming customer and outside sales inquiries via phone or email, providing product information, pricing, and availability
Develop and maintain strong relationships with colleagues, customers, and suppliers
Prepare quotes, sales orders, and invoices accurately and efficiently using company ERP and CRM systems
Maintain strong understanding of product lines, applications, and system technologies
Collaborate with outside sales team to manage accounts, follow up on quotes, and help identify new sales opportunities
Stay updated on manufacturer products, industry trends, and competitive offerings
Assist with inventory management

Required
