Responsibilities
Support account teams with client interactions and project execution
Coordinate calls, meetings, and demos; and prepare agendas and call notes
Assist with creative approvals, billing and reporting
Conduct research for competitive audits
Attend client and industry events to learn and observe
Help manage project timelines and ensure deadlines are met
Support internal team communications and cross-functional collaboration
Track client deliverables and ensure SOPs are followed
Qualification
Required
A bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, business or related field (or equivalent experience)
0-2 years of relevant experience or strong desire to learn
Strong written, verbal and nonverbal communication
Organization, attention to detail and proficiency in computer programs (Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams)
