Material Review Board (MRB) Manager

Responsibilities

Coordinate MRB Processes: Track and manage all MRB materials, ensuring accurate and timely processing and disposition, both physically and within the ERP system
Document: Create and maintain non-conforming material records, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up-to-date
Collaborate: Work with internal teams, including Quality, Manufacturing, Engineering, Supply Chain and Supplier Quality, to resolve material issues and implement corrective actions
Inventory Management: Maintain inventory accuracy of MRB materials and ensure proper storage and handling
Report: Generate and analyze MRB reports to identify trends and areas for improvement
Compliance: Ensure all MRB activities comply with relevant quality standards and regulatory requirements
Incoming Inspection: Oversee the incoming inspection process to identify non-conforming parts and materials
Source of Non-Conforming Parts: Manage non-conforming parts and materials found during incoming inspection, manufacturing and assembly, or during Quality Control and Test

Required

High school diploma or equivalent required
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment, preferably in a regulated industry
Strong organizational and communication skills
Attention to detail
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Access, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint)
Familiarity with quality management systems, CAPA processes, Lean manufacturing, continuous improvement initiatives and relevant regulatory standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 13485)
Strong Problem Solving and Analytical abilities
Ability to lift continuously up to 50 lbs
Ability to bend, squat, and climb
Ability to interpret, analyze, research and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field
Prior experience in Quality Control and/or Quality Assurance
Previous experience leading or managing teams
Prior experience with Infor (Syteline) ERP system
