Territory Manager - Australia & New Zealand (ANZ)
InnoVint is a global leader in winery operation SaaS solutions, seeking a Territory Manager to grow their business in Australia and New Zealand. The role involves acquiring new clients, supporting existing clients, and collaborating cross-functionally to enhance customer experience and drive market expansion.

Responsibilities
Build and grow relationships with wineries across Australia and New Zealand, serving as a trusted partner throughout the customer lifecycle
Drive new business opportunities while expanding and strengthening existing customer relationships
Develop deep expertise in the InnoVint platform to effectively demonstrate, implement, and support the software
Support customer onboarding, adoption, and long-term success to ensure strong retention and advocacy
Act as a voice of the ANZ market internally, sharing customer insights and regional needs with product, sales, and leadership teams
Represent InnoVint in the regional wine community through industry events, partnerships, and other market-facing activities
Collaborate cross-functionally to help shape go-to-market strategy, customer experience, and regional growth plans
Contribute to revenue growth and market expansion in alignment with company goals
Qualification
Required
Deep familiarity with the wine industry. Experience working in wine production or in roles selling to or supporting wineries is essential to be effective in this role
Comfort with modern B2B SaaS tools. You are a confident user of modern software and can clearly articulate the value of API-based cloud solutions to a traditional industry
Sales experience or commercial exposure. Some level of experience engaging customers in a sales or revenue-driving capacity
Preferred
Hands-on experience with winery production software. Prior use of platforms such as InnoVint, vintrace, EZ, or similar systems is strongly preferred
Based in Australia, with proximity to Adelaide preferred
