The Logistics & Customer Service Coordinator is responsible for the safe, accurate, and timely delivery and pickup of packages throughout the client campus while providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities
Deliver and retrieve packages throughout the client campus in a timely and accurate manner
Perform shipping and receiving duties, including processing inbound and outbound packages
Provide friendly, professional customer service to clients and staff
Safely operate a company van or tragon with trailer as required
Use company-issued iPhone and tracking systems to scan, log, and track packages
Communicate with team members and dispatch using Slack or similar messaging tools
Utilize basic computer applications, including limited use of Excel and Outlook
Follow all safety, traffic, and company policies and procedures
Qualification
Required
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Comfortable using smartphone technology and package tracking systems
Basic knowledge of Excel, Outlook, and messaging tools such as Slack
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
