Responsibilities

Manage and maintain project management systems to ensure smooth execution, clear accountability, and on-time delivery of all content initiatives

Enforce quality control standards by personally reviewing all editor-produced short-form content to ensure alignment with approved strategic frameworks, creative guidelines, and performance objectives prior to publishing

Oversee content output and publishing cadence, maintaining consistent weekly volume across platforms and ensuring delivery targets are met

Recruit, onboard, train, and manage video editors, ensuring adherence to workflows, quality standards, feedback implementation, and turnaround expectations

Serve as the central communication point between editors, strategy, and operations teams to maintain alignment, clarity, and efficient execution across the content pipeline

Support day-to-day production operations, including content uploads, sourcing high-performing or viral content, and gathering or preparing original media assets for editorial use
