Responsibilities
Lead and manage large, multi-workstream programs and strategic initiatives for enterprise clients
Oversee a portfolio of projects, ensuring alignment with program goals, timelines, and budgets
Provide strategic guidance and mentorship to project managers and cross-functional delivery teams
Serve as the senior point of escalation for program-level risks, issues, and decisions
Build and maintain strong client relationships at executive and stakeholder levels
Define and implement best practices, standards, and governance processes for program delivery
Monitor interdependencies across projects and optimize resource allocation
Facilitate executive steering committees, program reviews, and decision-making forums
Contribute to quarterly and annual planning, resource forecasting, and capacity management
Champion continuous improvement initiatives across the PMO
Qualification
Required
10+ years of experience in IT program and project management, including strategic client engagements
Proven experience managing complex programs across infrastructure, cloud (Azure/AWS), DevOps, cybersecurity, and automation
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field
Active PMP, PgMP, or equivalent project management certification
Hands-on experience with Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies
Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, ROI analysis, and program profitability
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional, matrixed, and remote teams across multiple geographies
Skilled in stakeholder engagement, executive communication, and negotiation
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple projects under pressure
Exceptional written and verbal communication and presentation skills
Motivated, proactive, and committed to personal growth and continuous improvement
Preferred
Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field
