Work directly with clients to design and implement comprehensive estate plans
Drafting and reviewing estate planning documents, such as revocable trusts, irrevocable trusts, wills, deeds, and powers of attorney
Assisting with probate and trust administration matters
Assisting with the preparation of Form 706 estate tax returns
Qualification
Required
5 or more years of estate planning experience
Experience working with high-net-worth individuals
Ability to draft and review estate planning documents, such as revocable trusts, irrevocable trusts, wills, deeds, and powers of attorney
Assisting with probate and trust administration matters
Assisting with the preparation of Form 706 estate tax returns
Top tier academic credentials
California or Arizona license (dependent on location)
Motivated attorney who wishes to continue growing as a practitioner
Desire to be a future leader within the firm
Resume, transcripts, and writing sample (required)
Preferred
Tax background (e.g. tax LL.M, CPA)
International estate planning experience
Fluency in a foreign language, such as Spanish or Vietnamese
Bilingual candidates
