Nowadays is the first AI platform for planning corporate events, aiming to simplify the event planning process. The Founding Operator will manage event operations, streamline workflows, and enhance communication to support the company's growth.

Responsibilities

Own multiple events end-to-end simultaneously, including all client communication

Own and evolve the full ops lifecycle—from first request through post-event wrap

Turn tribal knowledge into clear documentation, onboarding, and reusable templates

Build scalable playbooks for running complex events and managing many in parallel

Partner closely with engineering to translate ops pain points into product requirements

Test, validate, and refine internal tools before and after launch

Create and maintain internal onboarding resources for interns, new hires, and devs

Serve as the point person for prioritizing urgent vs. non-urgent ops issues

Improve internal and external communication—clearer, calmer, and more consistent

Continuously identify what should be simplified, automated, or eliminated
