Primarily manages bankruptcy routine matters

Draft and review all pleadings and claims filed in the particular matter

Attends scheduled hearings

Responds to general firm wide bankruptcy inquiries

Review filings on behalf of the clients

Monitoring of all electronic filings (ECFs)

Resolving routine bankruptcy matters such as Motions for Relief, Objections to Confirmation, Proofs of claim, etc

Regular communication with the client, opposing counsel and the Court
