They are seeking a Senior Accountant responsible for recording journal entries and month-end close accounting functions, requiring a detail-oriented individual with strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of accounting principles.

Responsibilities

Perform and review month end reconciliation on various accounts

Review and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports in compliance with GAAP

Establish and maintain effective internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure the integrity of financial reporting

Utilize accounting software and tolls effectively to streamline financial processes and reporting

Work closely with other departments to support overall business goals and objectives

Participate in the research and reporting process for month end close in expense review

Provide support for management inquiries and Audit requests as they arise

Position open to growth as process improvement through acquisition consolidation

Prepare Ad hoc reporting as required
