They are seeking a Techno-Functional Analyst with expertise in Charles River Development (CRD) to streamline platform capabilities and enhance the investment environment.

Responsibilities

Lead CRD workflow configuration aligned to business needs and system capabilities

Partner with investment teams, compliance, and trading to understand current-state workflows and translate them into CRD-native processes

Support the large scale transformation initiative, ensuring seamless integration and data flow across systems

Collaborate with quant teams to align compliance and analytics requirements within CRD

Drive portfolio optimization efforts and support distribution expansion, particularly on the SMA side

Act as a bridge between business and technology, ensuring engagement and momentum throughout the consulting burst

Provide CRD consulting expertise, ideally from prior experience at CRD or similar Alpha conversion projects

Navigate product complexity across equities, fixed income, and limited derivatives, all within a unified investment platform
