Responsibilities
Oversee collaboration with our Product, Design, and Backend Engineering teams to ensure logical and consistent interactions between services, APIs, and the UI
Execute on an ambitious new feature roadmap in compliance with the target UI architecture
Drive prioritization for small UI features, at a high delivery cadence with quick turn-around times
Drive consistency of design from the pure UX perspective
Drive efficiency in user experience for the team’s stakeholders
Set the highest standards for architecture and code quality through a robust development process
Train engineers on essential technologies to reduce skill and knowledge gaps
Qualification
Required
A bachelor's degree in mathematics, physics, computer science, engineering, finance, or a related field
Proven leadership experience as a UI Technical Lead or similar role, with a strong track record of UI team building and the delivery of large and complex feature roadmaps, in a React-based context
A strong attention to detail, and a passion for creating frictionless and aesthetically satisfying user interfaces
Exceptional technical foundations in the following programming languages: JavaScript, HTML, CSS, TypeScript
Deep understanding of real-time data processing and its integration into third party visualization libraries
Deep understanding of the proper use of state management libraries such as Redux, MobX, RxJS
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
