Responsible for translating business needs into technical solutions

Managing a team of contract developers and the CRM Analyst

Ensuring the platform effectively serves our mission of connecting people with God through communications ministry

Build trust and develop super users across functional areas

Create sustainable knowledge transfer systems

Qualification

Required

Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field (equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience may be considered)

Salesforce Administrator Certification is required

5+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience, including both administration and development

2+ years of leading Salesforce projects or teams

Demonstrated experience with solution architecture, technical specifications and code review

Experience with system adoption including training and empowering new users
