Responsibilities
Act as the liaison between our US team and China headquarters, coordinating with local tax bureaus, audit firms, and accounting agencies
Handle end-to-end general ledger accounting tasks, including processing internal financial requests from warehouse and business departments
Oversee and promote group financial processes: deliver training on finance-related workflows, provide daily guidance to team members, and ensure process compliance
Manage external errands efficiently, such as coordinating with local tax authorities and banks
Complete other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the finance leadership
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or above in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
1+ year of professional accounting work experience in the US
Solid understanding of US GAAP, local financial regulations, and tax laws
Proficient in full-cycle accounting processing
Working proficiency in English (both oral & written)
High professional ethics
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Self-motivated and meticulous with strong attention to accuracy and quality
Preferred
Mandarin proficiency (oral/written) is a strong plus (to collaborate with China headquarters)
