Responsibilities

Develop a thorough understanding of our software and printer products

Participate in Scrum teams

Build test suites and test environments, and write and execute manual tests

Provide test results, report and verify defects, troubleshoot customer issues, and identify risks

Conduct root cause analysis of software, firmware and hardware defects

Interface with product and development teams to address bugs, enhancements and features

Assist in support of customer questions or issues

Adopt test strategies that will help accelerate product development

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or comparable previous experience

Minimum two (2) years of QA experience with software projects

Experience working in an Agile environment

Experience working with Jira or Azure DevOps

Exposure to test automation tools i.e. Selenium

Understanding of Test Driven Development

Ability to collaborate with engineers, project managers, product owners, and/or scrum masters

Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
