Market Research Intern

Responsibilities
Call institutional contacts (leads provided) and conduct guided surveys
Ask thoughtful, research-based questions about software usage and procurement timelines
Record and transcribe calls using Fathom (automated transcription tool)
Submit completed responses using our internal data collection tools
Participate in brief check-ins with your project lead
Maintain a respectful, professional tone on every call
Qualification
Required
A current college student (undergraduate or graduate)
Articulate, inquisitive, and comfortable speaking on the phone
Organized, dependable, and respectful of sensitive data
Able to work independently and manage your time responsibly
Preferred
Bonus if you've worked in a call center, fundraising, or peer research role before
