Responsibilities
Execute creative sourcing strategies to build a strong pipeline of qualified seasonal candidates
Leverage job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and outreach to maximize candidate reach
Screen applicants, coordinate interviews, and manage hiring timelines and process
Maintain accurate applicant data in the ATS system and manage candidate trackers
Extend offers and coordinate background checks and next steps in the hiring process
Attend recruitment events, job fairs and support other staffing initiatives
Qualification
Required
1+ years of recruiting experience
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Strong communication and relationship building skills
Comfortable using Microsoft Word and Excel
Valid driver's license and ability to travel to recruitment events
Preferred
high-volume or seasonal recruiting preferred
ATS experience a plus
