Qualification
Required
5–7 years of fundraising experience (grassroots + mid-level required)
Strong donor cultivation and stewardship skills
Passion for sports and athlete-driven impact
Organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple clients
Preferred
Location: Vail Valley, Colorado preferred (remote considered)
Schedule: Semi flexible 32-hour work week
Compensation: $65,000–$80,000 + bonus & incentives
