Responsibilities
Perform all aspects of new construction, dismantles, upgrades, co-locations, inspections, microwave, mapping, civils, and foundations
Perform maintenance on all types of existing towers from 60’ to 1500’
Qualification
Required
Must be of good moral character, dependable, and honest
Understands and adheres to best industry standards
Proficient use of PC, laptop, tablet, smartphone, printer, camera
Comprehends construction drawings, assembly drawings, RF data sheets, etc
Proficient in general industry knowledge, including rigging, knot tying, and signaling
Must exhibit good physical stamina to climb towers with the ability to lift, pull, and push 80 lbs
Must be able to crouch, kneel, twist, and climb with both hands
Willingness to travel extensively away from the home market, nationally and internationally
Clean driving record
Preferred
Trade certifications are a plus!
