Responsibilities

Develop and manage integrated project schedules across hardware, firmware, validation, and manufacturing tracks
Define milestones, deliverables, and interdependencies for PCB, chassis, FPGA, and system qualification phases
Monitor critical path activities, resource allocations, and risk areas — proactively drive mitigations
Define and enforce design-review, DVT, and release-to-production checklists
Support continuous improvement in workflows (build automation, release gates, Jira/Confluence hygiene, etc.). Drive daily stand-ups and delay escalations
Provide concise, data-driven status updates to leadership — covering schedule, cost, quality, and risk metrics

Required

Bachelor's or Master's in Electrical, Computer, or Systems Engineering (MBA or PMP a plus)

Preferred

8+ years of experience managing complex hardware or datacenter system programs
Proven track record leading multi-disciplinary teams (hardware, FPGA, software, QA, and manufacturing)
Strong technical understanding of PCB development, FPGA/SoC integration, and system-level qualification
Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or similar project-tracking tools
Excellent communication and leadership skills; able to translate technical depth into actionable plans
