Responsibilities
Lead retail + digital marketing strategy
Drive e-commerce growth and customer acquisition
Build influencer, brand, celebrity, wholesale, and pop-up partnerships
Grow and engage our Instagram, TikTok, and email communities
Advise on or directly support product development and merchandising
Build revenue systems, funnels, and operating rhythm for scale
Use data, testing, and analytics to guide growth decisions
Qualification
Required
A retail, fashion, or DTC marketer with 3-7+ years of experience
A startup operator or e-commerce builder who has helped scale consumer brands
Comfortable with Shopify, Meta Ads, Klaviyo, influencer marketing, and performance growth
A self-starter with strong creative and analytical instincts
Deeply interested in wellness, sustainability, and clean design
Excited by the ups and downs of early-stage building
