Senior Manager, Demand Generation & ABX - Cybersecurity

Responsibilities

Test & learn quickly to determine which channels are most efficient at driving pipeline on an industry-specific basis
Execute multi-channel campaigns at scale to efficiently drive qualified pipeline that meets or exceeds our industry-specific pipeline goals
Design and implement ABX strategies, processes, and software to educate, engage, and convert target accounts
Plan & execute offline & online events on an industry-specific basis to help convert leads into qualified pipeline opportunities in the most efficient manner possible
Partner very closely with Content and Digital Marketers as well as with Solution Architects, Sales, CS, and Product to ensure our messages and offers are appealing to our primary buyer personas within our ideal customer profiles
Have a data-first approach to engage prospects showing active buying intent with the appropriate messages and calls to action to get them to convert
Regularly analyze and report out on channel-specific campaign ROI performance

Required

5-7 years of campaign planning and execution experience in cybersecurity or similarly complex enterprise B2B environments
Hands-on expertise in all aspects of demand generation & ABX
Ability to collaborate closely across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success
Experience executing multi-channel campaigns at scale
Experience designing and implementing ABX strategies, processes, and software
Ability to plan & execute offline & online events
Data-first approach to engage prospects showing active buying intent
Regularly analyze and report out on channel-specific campaign ROI performance
Scrupulous when it comes to managing to a pre-determined budget
Data-driven and continuously seek to optimize marketing performance/efficiency
Ability to understand which messages and channels are most efficient at producing pipeline
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
Ability to align marketing campaigns with business objectives and revenue goals
Passion for innovation and testing new approaches and trialing marketing tactics and software
Highly analytical, metrics-driven, and ROI-minded
Successful track record of implementing and managing ABX workflows, processes, and technology
Hands-on expertise with essential martech software, including Asana, Hubspot, Salesforce, and Hockeystack
Expertise in executing multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital, social, and offline channels
Proven track record of driving Sales-qualified pipeline from Fortune 500 enterprises
Strong track record of collaborating across Marketing, Pre-Sales, Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and Product teams
