Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive guest experience
Maintain a safe, clean, and visually appealing store environment
Assist with food preparation
Demonstrate knowledge and enthusiasm about wines, cheeses, and specialty products
Comply with all ABC and Health Department regulations
Help create and maintain product displays
Stock and organize inventory
Participate in training opportunities to enhance product knowledge and customer engagement
Address challenges proactively and complete tasks with excellence
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Must be 21 years of age
Ability to work independently and dependably
Strong interpersonal communication skills
Enthusiasm for the products and ability to engage customers
Ability to perform duties on the Master Cleaning Schedule
Ability to lift up to 30lbs, bend and stand for long periods of time
Skills in active listening
Excellent oral communication skills
