Responsibilities

Process Automation: Transform routine tasks into systematized workflows while proactively identifying opportunities to improve team efficiency

Portfolio Analysis: Analyze portfolios for Advisors’ current and prospective clients. Create customized, multi-asset-class investment proposals that align with each client's objectives, time horizon, and risk tolerance

Portfolio Construction: Develop a deep understanding of Diversify’s investment platform, including internal and external equity, fixed income, and alternative investment strategies. Learn to combine asset classes and investment strategies to meet the portfolio needs of clients

Material Maintenance: Create and maintain internal (Advisor facing) and external (client facing) documents

Investment Research: Leverage data from Morningstar, YCharts, and other tools to support Portfolio Managers and Investment Analysts in conducting investment research and completing ad-hoc portfolio management projects

Required

Entry-level experience

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel required
