Responsibilities
Performing tower inspections and maintenance tasks
Installing, troubleshooting, and repairing telecommunications equipment
Climbing towers to heights of up to 500 feet
Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and protocols
Working collaboratively with team members to complete projects efficiently
Qualification
Required
Ability to work at heights and in all weather conditions
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Willingness to travel to various job sites as needed
Preferred
Prior experience as a Tower Climber
