They are seeking a Business Development Representative to generate qualified opportunities for their new product, Parrot AI, by conducting outbound prospecting and educating prospects on its value.

Responsibilities

Conduct outbound prospecting through email, LinkedIn, and cold calling to generate qualified opportunities for Parrot AI
Educate prospects on the value of AI-driven meeting insights, advisor efficiency, and improved client engagement
Qualify inbound and outbound leads and schedule meetings for the Account Executive team
Research and identify key decision-makers within RIAs, broker-dealers, and wealth management firms
Use a consultative approach to uncover pain points related to advisor workflows, documentation, follow-ups, and scalability
Partner closely with sales, product, and marketing teams to refine Parrot AI messaging and target ideal customer profiles
Track outreach activity, pipeline progress, and results in CRM and sales engagement tools (HubSpot/Salesforce)
Serve as an ambassador for Advisor360° and Parrot AI, representing our mission, values, and innovation in every interaction

Required

1+ years of experience in sales, business development, or lead generation (SaaS, FinTech, or AI experience preferred)
Strong interest in AI, emerging technology, and how it can transform advisor and client experiences
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to clearly articulate value
A highly motivated, self-starter mindset with a desire to exceed goals in a fast-paced environment
Comfort handling objections and engaging senior-level stakeholders

Preferred

Experience with sales tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, or similar platforms is a plus
