Care Coordination-Administrative Assistant

Comunilife Inc. is looking for an Administrative Assistant to assist its Care Coordination Program. The role involves providing frontline administrative support to the Program Director and managing day-to-day operations of the program site.

Responsibilities

Data Entry:
Petty Cash Processing: Compiles receipts, calculates totals and completes form submitted for program reimbursement
Fiscal Recordkeeping: Responsible for maintaining orderly, well organized files
Procurement: Processes online office supply orders; conducts follow up on backorders and/or return of incorrect items
Create and maintain tracking systems on client engagement– using data from the Care Management system
Outreach: Places calls to schedule [telephonic] interviews for program with clients enrolled in program
Arrange site visits and coordinate with various Comunilife housing programs
Client Engagement: Participates and assists with program activities, including set up, circulation of notifications and outreach

Required

Associate's Degree with three (3) years of relevant experience required
Ability to Work Collaboratively in a Team Environment

Preferred

Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications including Word & Excel
