Responsibilities

Develop the appropriate business organization in FUJIFILM North America Corporation - Business Innovation Division to expand the Office Toner Devices’ business in collaboration with the existing Sr. Executives and the Japanese expats. (Planning for the organization development; setting the proper positions, posting and hiring the necessary resources)
Develop and introduce new Office Toner devices Business comprehensive strategies and create tactics in the product category and lead those activities in the team in collaboration with the cross functional organization including Sales, Service, Marketing, Operation and Credit (Finance) teams
Plan, manage and direct both strategic and commercial activities of Office Toner Solutions, especially Office Toner devices market and actively managing the sales process in the U.S
Communicate with Office Toner devices dealers’ communities and the owners or the executives of the dealers to promote FUJIFILM Toner Office devices and solutions
Depend on a circumstances and necessity, go directly on customer site to discuss and conclude the important deals proactively together with VP Sales
Provide sales development plan and ensuring a collaborative sales process. This is a complex and proactive role, with the channel sales team and support elements
Continuously monitor and manage the sales and marketing process, ensuring efficiencies, infrastructure and budgets, and provide expert contribution to the sales strategy of Office Toner Devices and Solutions in the U.S . (Sales activity itself should be managed by VP Sales)
Develop, educate and manage strong internal organization across sales, marketing, solution and technical service based on the strategy in collaboration with the head of functional organization
Manage the overall framework for pricing and sales deal components with the collaboration with VP Sales and VP Service , including warranty, services and sales guidelines for Channel Sales operations and Dealers
Managing the resolution of any post installation issues between Dealers and their clients
Managing the Marketing budget to ensure maximum brand recognition in collaboration with VP Marketing
To manage relationships between Channel Sales team and Dealers to ensure maximum effort is applied to expand the business
Manage the SG&A for the business and secure the profitability for the Office Toner Device Business and Solutions including Service business

Required

Minimum of at least 10 years of office toner device equipment sales experience
A good intellect and a creative and clear thinker
Excellent Project Management, organizational and administration skills
Ability to successfully manage complex and cross-functional business issues
Ability to listen to and comprehend complex issues quickly
A self-starter
Skills in influencing, communication and persuading
A team player, networking with other FUJIFILM North America Corporation - Business Innovation Division teams, and taking a lead in discussing case studies, sharing best practice and successes of the sales process, and developing areas of improvement
Ability to travel 50%
