Financial Services Support
Leavitt Group is a full-service financial planning firm that assists clients with retirement plans and business planning. The Financial Services Support role involves collaborating with Investment Advisors to ensure smooth operations and high-quality service for clients.
Responsibilities
Manage the new business process for the financial advisor and paperwork specialist
Process, record and track new business to completion
Maintain compliant client files
Provide backup when necessary for service work on existing accounts
Ability to manage multiple changing priorities and deadlines
Prepare monthly production report
Manage scheduling for the financial advisor in the Sugarcreek office
Enter data in AMS system for commission payouts
Maintain administrative functions of the office as required and perform other duties as assigned
Work independently and with confidentiality
Be a team player
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or equivalent
Experience working in an office environment
Excellent phone skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Excellent client service skills
Good technology and computer skills (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc)
Ability to multi-task and adjust priorities
Great attitude
Exceptional work ethic
