Ruan Transportation Management Systems is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to support day-to-day recruiting operations. This role involves being the first point of contact for candidates and providing administrative support to the recruiting team.

Responsibilities

Process and review employment verifications for driver applicants

Provide excellent customer experience when answering hotline calls. Facilitate escalation and completion of high-priority tasks

Assist Recruiters in running initial reports, making attempting contact phone calls, and providing backup support as needed. Create and maintain accurate records and documentation in the company's applicant tracking system

Support Recruiting Admin in assisting with miscellaneous projects and administrative tasks as needed

Perform other job-related duties and special projects as required

Ability to work with Recruiters and be the first point of contact for candidates

Provide administrative and telephone support including tier one hiring inquiries and general questions

Obtain employment verifications

Perform administrative duties for the recruiting area

Gather pertinent information and keep appropriate parties advised of the status

Communicate effectively during the process

Carry out the Company's organizational values and operate in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and Company policies
