Student Research Assistant - Biological Systematics (TEMP)

DNA barcoding techniques (DNA extraction, PCR, gel electrophoresis, amplicon purification)
General laboratory upkeep (racking tips, glassware cleaning, identifying supplies for reorder)
DNA sequence assembly, alignment, and phylogenetic analysis
Geospatial data mapping and analysis
Qualification
Required
Familiarity with common molecular biology laboratory techniques and software tools, including MEGA and ArcGIS
DNA barcoding techniques (DNA extraction, PCR, gel electrophoresis, amplicon purification)
General laboratory upkeep (racking tips, glassware cleaning, identifying supplies for reorder)
