Responsibilities

Establishes and supports the quality systems for work performed within the practice and supports senior-level client engagement - in high-visibility projects
Develops and publishes procedures, guidelines, tools, and templates for efficient and consistent execution of repeatable work
Serves as an active mentor for agents to build internal capabilities within the organization
Collaborates with the Training department to customize the qualification program for services related to the practice
Recommends industry conferences or other external training to support skill development supporting service delivery
Assists development of internal training in support of skills development supporting service delivery
Drives thought leadership, industry engagement and support to marketing
Actively participates in marketing events
Develop market assets - blogs, case studies, etc
Proposal support and bid defense
Industry presentations
Marketing Plan
Prof. Society major Committee participation
Regional Agent engagement with RM/CM routine engagement
Agent training sessions
Mentoring and coaching
Qualification Cards Development
KM development
CoP leadership
Lesson learned - project closeout support

Required

Bachelor's degree in a scientific or technical discipline (preferred)
Experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing or R&D site operations
Deep understanding of OR/OE strategies and life sciences quality requirements
Lean Six Sigma certification
Strong project management skills
Familiarity with enabling technologies (e.g., CMMS, MES)
Excellent facilitation and virtual meeting skills
Exceptional verbal communication and presentation abilities
Budget management experience
Active connections within pharmaceutical industry forums
Global perspective with the ability to navigate cultural and geographic differences
