Field/Technical Support Specialist

ASRC Federal is a leading government contractor furthering missions in space, public health and defense. They are seeking a Mid-level Field/Technical Support Specialist to provide technical support for the NAS Monitoring Team as part of the Remote Monitoring and Logging System that supports the FAA.

Responsibilities

Provide 2nd Level Engineering support for RMLS:
Troubleshoot, debug, maintain and improve existing software using the back-end and front-end technologies listed above
Attend system design reviews, technical interchange meeting, and any other meetings as requested to support program and team
Utilize JIRA ticketing system
Develop and maintain test processes and procedures
Work in an agile team environment

Required

Be a US Citizen, have a US Green Card, or a Non-immigrant Work Authorization (VISA)
Has resided in the US for three (3) consecutive years
High School Diploma or GED with six (6) years of related work experience
Associate's degree in Computer Science or Math, or in another technical field with a minimum of fifteen (15) semester hours in a combination of mathematics, statistics, and computer science and four (4) years of related work experience
Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or Math, or a Bachelor's degree in another technical field with a minimum of thirty (30) semester hours in a combination of mathematics, statistics, and computer science and two (2) years of related work experience in a computer science or math field
Master's Degree in any field of study with a minimum thirty (30) semester hours of either undergrad or grad study in a combination of mathematics, statistics, and computer science
Knowledge/experience in Creation of 'How-To' studio videos (i.e., Camtasia)
Knowledge/experience in Interpretation and analyzing complex information system data to develop technical documents, system diagrams, and videos
Knowledge/experience in Identifying time sensitive issues, resolutions, and possible escalation in high pressure situations
Ability to Work independently, as well as a team, including with outside vendors
Ability to Research and problem solve
Ability to Communicate effectively through verbal and written communication
Candidate must reside or be willing to relocate within a commutable distance to Egg Harbor Township, NJ

Knowledge/experience in Confluence
Knowledge/experience in Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) Concepts
