Senior .NET/SharePoint Developer (Software Development Specialist 3)

The State of Ohio is committed to supporting the health and wellbeing of its residents through the Ohio Department of Medicaid. They are seeking a Senior .NET/SharePoint Developer to join their Application Development Team, responsible for developing software applications and providing technical expertise in .NET and SharePoint technologies.

Responsibilities

Developing and/or modifying software applications and components using Visual Studio, .NET and SPFx technologies, and 3rd party tools like React, Gulp, and/or NodeJS
Working with SQL database and data storage technologies
Serving as a technical subject matter expert, as assigned, to perform application design & development tasks
Performing SharePoint Administration functions (e.g. site maintenance, user & content management)

Required

60 mos. combined work experience in any combination of the following: assuring requirements are defined and approved, performing code reviews and ensuring application development standards are met including 12 mos. work experience in the primary technology as specified by the agency position description & job posting
Completion of associate core program in computer science or information systems; 42 mos. combined work experience in any combination of the following: assuring requirements are defined and approved, performing code reviews and ensuring application development standards are met including 12 mos. work experience in the primary technology as specified by the agency position description & job posting
Completion of undergraduate core program in computer science or information systems; 36 mos. combined work experience in any combination of the following: assuring requirements are defined and approved, performing code reviews and ensuring application development standards are met including 12 mos. work experience in the primary technology as specified by the agency position description & job posting
Equivalent of minimum class qualifications for employment noted above
Required to carry a cellular phone as assigned
Required to work occasional overtime as assigned
Travel required, as needed. Must provide own transportation
Must have a valid driver's license from state of residence
