Supporting the successful delivery of IT and operational projects by partnering closely with Program/Project Managers, IS Managers, and cross-functional teams
Coordinating tasks, managing documentation, mitigating risks, and supporting timely issue resolution across multiple project phases
Serving as a central point of communication for project activities
Ensuring milestones, timelines, and deliverables are clearly defined and understood
Supporting Agile initiatives
Assisting with project logistics
Leading ServiceNow requires and incidents as needed
Contributing to go-live and operational support planning
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, technology, clinical or related discipline strongly desired or equivalent demonstrated experiences
5-7 years of recent healthcare /information systems experience
Preferred
Current Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) or Project Management Professional Certification
