Responsibilities

Implement, install, configure, and support customer solutions, including server OS and Hospitality software installation/upgrades
Perform remote installation of interface applications (device-based interfaces, application interfaces, HTNG interfaces, credit card interfaces)
Provide on-site transitional support during software go-live
Communicate project status timely to customers and Infor teams
Complete all project documentation as per Infor guidelines
Adhere to project schedules, including travel, training, meetings, and conference calls
Assist with installation and training documentation updates
Maintain product expertise through training and certifications

Required

Communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to perform independently on customer and non-customer projects
Previous experience in hotel operations and preferably in management, and/or event management
Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship, and willing to submit background check by the Department of Homeland Security to work on government projects

Preferred

Knowledge of Web Services, REST, HTML, SOAP, MS SQL server, Windows Operating Systems, and Microsoft Word and Excel applications
Software application installation experience
