Responsibilities

Implement, install, configure, and support customer solutions, including server OS and Hospitality software installation/upgrades

Perform remote installation of interface applications (device-based interfaces, application interfaces, HTNG interfaces, credit card interfaces)

Provide on-site transitional support during software go-live

Communicate project status timely to customers and Infor teams

Complete all project documentation as per Infor guidelines

Adhere to project schedules, including travel, training, meetings, and conference calls

Assist with installation and training documentation updates

Maintain product expertise through training and certifications

Previous experience in hotel operations and preferably in management, and/or event management
